I forgot to comment on this earlier, but what your trying to setup is the easiest way to burn all those ip's in the cheapest and fastest manner possible by using them as cheap proxies. If you develop quality services with those ip's instead of the cheap and quick proxies, they will last much longer and you stand to make a much better profit line.

I got them for free, all I am trying to do is replace them with the proxies I am currently paying for. I need to get them into mass planner and follow liker...
