HELP - trying to target us audience but keep failing

hello im skai, im in the EU and desperately trying to target US audience, so I followed the guy in the image tutorial, used my spare iPhone 13 pro, and factory reset it. Then inserted a USA Travel sim (T-Mobile), Created a Apple US id, and bought a Dedicated-IP from NordVPN. (I did change everything to Canada to download tiktok because it's banned in USA) turned off location and did everything to make sure tiktok thinks I'm in US, so the guy in the video said that if when you download tiktok, it says +1 in the login tab, Your GOOD. I thought I made it, in the for you page I had American content, so I thought I made it, but when double checking while warming up the account I noticed that my country region of creation is Lithuania, and in the Live section I get mostly Lithuania creators, the funny thing is that yes I'm in EU but not in Lithuania. Now I did try activating the SIM and did it all again but nothing works, My tiktok is not shadow banned, my engagement is mostly UK and Lithuania. (UK I guess because I'm posting english content). What can i do now? ....by the way thededicated-ip from nordvpn is a USA one

Travel cards are not working. TikTok know it's travel card ;)

how im supposed to get a usa sim card then? i can only find travel sim online. Can anybody confirm what he is saying? Because if so everybody is lying XD... this is the one I bought

The problem it's data plan card type.
It must be card with calls.
Also it will last for 2-3 accounts, not if you want dozens of cards


EDIT: ahh, I see it's calls too.
Personaly I am not using USA SIM cards, I am just manipulating that tiktok think I am using SIM cards from USA.

Last time e-sim cards from Tello were working. You can test them. I stopped using them, but people told they are worked.

After 2-3 accounts you need to change sim card.
Because TikTok will start detecting it and introduce 0 views ;)
Please note, I am not using Tello.

yes, my question is if somebody can guide point me in a good direction. Because what I tried not work
 
Try clearing the app cache, sometimes it holds onto old location data even if you change it.
 
It sounds like you've done a lot of the right steps, but the issue might be in TikTok detecting your actual location or other factors like the SIM card or VPN setup. You could try using a new SIM card or double-check the VPN settings to ensure the location is fully masked. Sometimes, TikTok can still detect the original region of account creation, so testing with a fresh account might help too.
 
you can try this method
1. remove sim card and remove tiktok app on your phone
2. change region to US and language to English on your phone setting
3. turn on VPN, choose US location, check IP location on ipfighter, pixelscan, etc
4. download TikTok app again
5. register account with new gmail
6. double check if your account location is US or not
7. keep turn on VPN while uploading video

When to you the proxy in those steps pls ? Also no need Us sim card ?
 
You can create tiktok account with gmail, hotmail created from the US and use VPN to access. Don't need to use US simcard.

how do you manipulate the app to think you are in USA?
 
Alternative solution that actually works:

  • Buy pre-aged US accounts from sellers who grow them on real devices in America
  • Access them through 4G mobile proxies ($10-15/month)
  • No SIM/VPN hassle, just ready-to-go US audience
