HELP! Trustpilot need to remove comment.

I received a service from a seller, but trustpilot also posted the same comment twice, how can I remove it? I cannot remove it manually because I cannot reach the seller

You posted the comment or seller posted the comment ? Trust pilot don't post the comment. If the comment got posted twice, create a trust pilot account and contact their customer service.
