Hello guys,
I am new to this dropshipping business model (Amazon to Ebay) and today I tried to add the tracking information to my third ebay order and I got this ERROR:
The tracking information you uploaded is not from a carrier that we support. That means your buyer won't be able to track it on eBay, and the tracking information won't count toward tracking upload requirements to be a Top Rated Seller. http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/top-rated.html
The Tracking Looks something like this:
Carrier: UPS SurePost, Tracking #: --- some random numbers and letters --
Someone have told me that Ebay does not always accept the tracking number Amazon gives you and you must fake it sometimes. So my question is this: How can I fake it (is there a technique to change it or a program to generate a working one so Ebay can accept it and I can fullfil this order). - a Fake One or something like that
If the buyer asks about it I can always send him a PM with the Real one telling him we made a mistake, but I need to enter something because Paypal is holding all my payments from my sales right now.
