Help to set up residential 4G proxy with rotational IP for multilogin

Im very new to this. Im looking to hire someone to help me with this proxy project.

Im looking to set up my own residential 4G proxy with my sim cards and use it with multilogin and also to have rotational IP address.

Is there anyone who can help me with it? I'm willing to pay. =)

If you intend to use Android phones, there is this free app called Proxidize that will turn the phone to a Proxy. But I don’t know what they gain from you for providing that, so it’s up to you. You can rotate ip using Tasker scripts. I posted one on one of my old threads, check for it. If you don’t want the free app, I have my own way of setting Android proxies, with ip rotation. if you want to use Dongles, there is a guy here called proxyknow , ask him.
