+ what is the niche? I would keep adding content and start working on some light link building and social signals. Monetizing the blog really depends on what the niche is as you could find a good affiliate program/cpa offer or use adsense in the long run.

Ad Sense will works better.. Also try some CPA offers...

Try to get more visitors by updating your website with fresh contents regularly, once you get more traffic you can begin building strong backlinks relevant to your niche. Try affiliate marketing and start earning..
Slap adsense on it for the time being. If your niche is highly targeted, for example those 41 visitors are coming through for a product review, sign up with an affiliate scheme to sell the link.
With just 41 visitors most days you might make $0, but the days where you see $0.50 go in you'll think "man if i push this i can earn x amount"
