i have 2 paypal account with money i cant use..
anyone willing to help for 40% of the balance..
one is pretty usual,limited until i send id,which obviously i dont have since i bought the account,2nd isvery weird and ive never seen this before,everything is verified,my usual way is get my balance up then send a payment to my legit paypal account,but this account doesnt have a balance,it has a :money is waiting for you'which when i click takes me to a add new card or transfer to card,i just want the money available,so i can send..below is a pic of the paypal page..as i said,happyto offer you 40% of the balance if you can get th cash..
