[HELP] To Fully verify my paypal account

Good day members

i have a old paypal account that was blocked two years ago because they ask for documents but they set a xxx days waiting until you can verify it again. Totally forgot about it but only now I am looking for someone who can help me verify it fully. It is an account with € 1307, - so I am willing to give you € 275, - to a trusted person that can help me.
