Is power free? Is AC free? Do they have graphics cards?

Mine some alts. Some of the pools auto-switch to most profitable.

yeah, power is free, about 90% of machines don't have graphic card.

The most important elements of existing systems include: CPU + RAM + HDD + Internet access

You can basically start anything from proxies to web hosting to free hosting with paid services. Start thinking and good luck.

I would look for an altcoin that can only be mined with CPU (if there are any left).
