So all my keywords for homepage at page 2 google but a few days ago i change title twice and go to webmaster to fetch
and Now "BOOM"
i got penalty all keywords drop to page 9

Can anyone tell me , how long does this penalty last ?
anyway to cure this ?

how do you know its penalty? Wait a day or two and see what happens. If nothing happens, change them to the old ones.

i know because all my keywords drop to page 9 from page 2.
I have done google fetch and in search , and google also change my title in search engine

so if i turn back ? google will recover my rank ?

Wait for some days "xiaobud". It happens when we change something on-page, it takes time to process and index site properly in search results.

Google algo are very complicated and mixed. Things happen like that.

Changing titles shouldn't deliver a penalty. At worst it will be dancing.

Thinking logically, I would assume you changed the title to try and pick up a higher search volume, with that in mind is it higher competition?

If it is the chances are you will eventually realign slightly Lower, therefore a little more work will be required to prop it up a little.

I changed titles and edited content on my main site last summer, and the long term effects have been great.

I don't think it is penalty. It is just because you changed the title.

I change the title from long to short.
i check google webmaster tools no manual things to do
and i change title twice in a short time

but how come my site was targetting 3 keywords and 1 of the keywords are at page 1 , 2 and 3.
and now all the keywords are at page 8 and 9

if it is not penalty then what ? it happen just when i change title and fetch with GWT.
and i have been waiting for 4 days. kinda depressed about it.

It is not a penalty, just change the titles back to what they were. It is very possible to move a site up in serps simply by changing the title, and sometimes they go down.
