i have build few tier1 web 2.0 backlinks..now how can i build tier 2-3 backlinks??

i dont want to use automation tools...i am planning to do forum profiles and auto approved article website..is pr important in tier 2 link building??

i am also planning to do social bookmarking of tier 1 backlinks...how to do social bookmarking efficient??

i mean how many bookmarks i should do per day??

u can use bookmark,forum profile,blog comment,etc to your tire 2

You can simply follow this way:

Tier 2 Back links: Try to write some informative content about your Tier 1 back links and also linked with targeted keywords and published on Press Release, Articles, Blogs and web 2.0 etc.

Tier 3 back link: Try to promote your tier 2 back links url and linked with some industry related websites.

Tier 2 links should be automated, cuz they need to be in mass in order to provide a good linkjuice to your moneysite. You cant build by hand 1000 social post for example....

Automate your tier 2 and 3 link building - it's hard to do them by hand.
Yes it's better if the bl site has pr.
Be sure that you make backlinks in G indexed sites - G can deindex site if it's so spamy.
