HELP - The difference between Blackhat & Whitehat on ANDROID apps

Hello guys, i know that this might be a silly question, but i tried to look for these terms but i can't find an appropiate answer for this.

I am planning to start developing apps, the problem is that i still did not understand what is the difference between blackhat applications, and whitehat.

Can anyone clarify this to me?

Seriously, i would be thankful.

Blackhat is when you do exactly the opposite of the Google Play developer terms.
Whitehat is when you follow the terms.

Blackhat such as using copyrighted material, fake reviews, fake installs...
Just read carefully the developer terms and you will have a better idea.

Whitehat is simply playing by the rules.
