I really hope someone can help me out with this.
I am working on a large wordpress website for one of my clients and just from today any page/post I have edited the follwoing code has appeared:
I have not installed any new plugins today ane I use Firefox as my browser.
Any help would be much appreciated.

you might want to install a wordpress plugin called "Search and Replace" version 2.6.5
