[HELP] Super-fast temporary ranking!!!!!

Hi everybody!
Straight to the point. Small niche, four PR0 on page 1, all four with nomore than 60 backlinks.
I'd be paid to get a site actually on page 2 on page 1. I don't need to keep it in top10, I just need to get it there in little time. I'll be paid and that's all.
How would you do this????????? I had quite a lot of different ideas, but I'm not sure of any of those and I don't want to waste this opportunity...

Advertise on BHW
1. Greate better and more informative content than your competitors;
2. Try to steal some of the competitors backlinks;
3. Some sitewide backlinks with anchors poiting to your homepage (with anchor: your brand) and some PBN with exact keywords as anchors pointing to the right pages.

*Try to find websites with higher TF, CF, DA, PA and MOZ rank.

I believe this will do the job

First, thank you a lot.
Second, (with anchor: your brand) means I use my brand name as anchor and my homepage as link? On a niche-related site, obviously.
Last, I'm not building a PBN for this job as it doesn't worth the time, but I think PBN links would be great. Do you know if I can buy them somewhere?

1. Yes, point your backlinks to your homepage and use anchors like sitename or sitename.com. It's better to find related niches but some general niches could do the job too.
2. You don't have to build your own PBN. Just search arround BHW's SEO linkbuilding /Package sections and you will find some good offers. Check the reviews and decide what you will pick up. :)
 
I'd like too!!! But a so fast answer is already something great :)
