Help streamline my website project

Hi, I'm new to this website and need help streamlining my idea.

I want to make a website that offers money in return for filling forms or watching ads. I'm going to make this website on wordpress.

I need a few suggestions:

1. What are some ad sites that will let me get these actions completed by people getting paid for this?

2. If I don't pay them, rather offer a prize or gift, can I have them perform multiple actions?

The idea is that in case I'm offering free gifts, they should perform atleast 5-7 actions perpetson since the pay is very low for a single survey.

Warning: about the fraud, yes, you will have fraud cases. Bots will auto complete offers and the providers will take back the money from you,
I do not want to be pessismist but I am not sure this business model is very interesting.

The usual payment terms are 70% net end of the month for you, 30% for the ad provider.
