It might be because of some of the content on your page, like images, come from non-HTTPS pages. I would check that first.

it is just cause of mix contents. reason could be script, css, images on non ssl format. open that page and look in console if u r using chrome.. find the warning : mixed content and there you will see the cause of ur problem

This type of symbol is coming because of SSL mixed content warning that you should have to fix https://www.clickssl.net/blog/how-to-fix-mixed-content-warning-other-ssl-settings-in-wordpress for getting green padlock sign.
