Hi

I just starting selling lists of AutoApprove blogs to use w Scrapebox. Anyway 1 guy bought a list of 26,000 Urls few days later I get an email from Paypal that he's disputing this transaction.. I get an email from him saying that he ran through the list twice and only got 13 backlinks which I know is NOT true (unless he really doesen't know how to use Scrapebox) just to be sure of myself I ran s rapebox NOW JUST for 5 minutes to be sure that the blogs are STILL AutoApprove after 5 minutes of fast commenting And checking links I've got 508 of 578 links "approved" which means that at least 80% + is still AutoApprove (many times sb dosent catch all in the first run so there's probably more..) This is in just 5 minutes - and part of the list so it's impossible that this guy only got 13 links

What should I do? How can I save myself from this guy? How can I prevent this in the future?

Please HELP!!

Thanks

Just open Dispute and explain everything to PayPal, provide report, etc.

Since it's a virtual delivery you should win.

PayPal protect only buyer when a Item is shipped at a address.

2 Years ago I paid for Dropshipping service at seleon(.)ca and never received my Login information and I wrote several time, call them and nothing. So I open a dispute and I lost because this was not a physical product delivery at my home.

So just mention this is not a tangible Item only virtual service that you have provide and send PayPal all reports.

Good luck

thats good advice by hotbabedesktops.
Also if by any chance he payed you by gift or something personal i dont think he stands a chance either. (what i've read)

when you contact paypal, make sure you state that it was for Digital Goods.
If they paid with their credit card and file against your CC ... you lose period.
but if they paid with PP funds, you will win

He is the seller though... so if you say it is digital goods you are screwed... unless they have changed recently? Nothing you can do about this except don't use paypal. So easy to chargeback for digital goods.

You should dispute it and they will likely lose anyway since it's digital. It's better to respond to the dispute then just let it play out with Paypal because if you don't do anything they may rule in their favor because you didn't respond at all.

No he wont. I won plenty of times as long as I have tracking and signature delivery. But since its a digital item , the buyer credit card issuer isn't going to touch it.

To op: Just state that its a digital item and he loses. Also remember your in a blackhat forum, use your head

Thank you - all u guys
I didn't know this I thought PP was ALWAYS on the buyers side I guess digital goods are different because there's no way to exchange them anyway I'm off to PP resolution center now..

yep... paypal does not cover digital products. I have been scammed for purchase of digital products

Do Not open a dispute online, Call them and tell them you provided an Internet Service. I have had people try to file a dispute once I sent them the files to their site. When you call and tell paypal and let them know you offer Online Services, then 9.5/10 they will go in your favor.. But you have to call them, not doing it with their online crap. Talk to a real person.

Like others said, do not say it was a digital product, He paid you to find the information he requested. Hince the service.

hmmm.. Not sure now if I should say digital product or service I mean it is a digital product more than a service I think.. @ OP Will saying digital product cause me to loose?

Well, Whats the reason he opted in the dispute?

Item not as described??Or item not delivered??

In both cases,He gets sh*t :P

A buyer gets buyer protection only on Ebay purchases!
If the reson of the dispute is any of those, you can simply escalate the dispute to a paypal claim and paypal will close it in 30 seconds automatically!

Then you are safe, if a chargeback comes, simply tell paypal that there was a dispute which he failed already for this, and the chargeback is to get the money out!
Paypal will close the chargeback as well!!

I have the same problem, but with selling a website. All you have to do is mail them some bullshit, get the tracking ID, and as soon as it says delivered, you win.
