Hello,

Recently an unknown individual has been spamming my GMB profile with fake / negative reviews, we are talking about 60 in a 2-week time span.

I have talked to google help center and all they tell me to do is report the reviews and wait 72h.

Is there any other way to accelerate this process or to get them deleted?

Thanks

One solution in the meantime would be to make the page disapear.

It's quite easy, go to GMB, set an open date that is over 3 months in the future, validate, the page has now disapeared
Yes but during those 3 months people wont be able to find me or gan they?

And does reporting the comments from multiple accounts help?

Yes the more legit accounts you have flag it as spam the better

Put out a call to send to family friends and workers to flag the spam reviews

Try to use good accounts like Local guide accounts to spam the reviews. Secondly marked them as spam from your business page dashboard also. If you need help PM.

Reply to them in an authoritative professional manner and ask them to provide details of their experience and call them up if they are not a customer, whilst having flagged them.

This is gong to be indeed a problem in the long run or it actually is. Maybe there needs to be some receipt/service cross-match to confirm its a real customer.

Yeah and if you know, that these reviews are fake, you can highlight it in your reply. For instance: "According to our database, you were never our client. Please explain your negative feedback...". Replying them makes the visitors of your GMB acc feel, that you do care about client satisfaction.

Agree with this, it's probably best pro-active thing to do to neg the neggers while you wait on your friends/etc to flag reviews and on Giggle to sort it out.
Have to be really polite and not to bite their heads of and s**t down their necks though. :D

I've seen some reviews get taken down fast and others not allowed. I'm not sure how though.

My suggestion, flag it 1000%
