I just got a single PM and received a total of 137 emailed notifications within 2 minutes! Is the code on meth? Help!

Just got another blast a minute later. It's now 179! How do you stop this?

.. Are you referring to this site or one of your own? If it is a blog of yours or forum get an anti-spam plug-in. ie: if you're using WordPress try Akisimet. (Spelling?)
