The question is what you want to archieve. If you want to rank a website and you have limited budget I would save that money and spend it for PBN links.

I think the OP is asking for content solution not SEO software/tools

He asked if kontent machine will be good to use for GSA/RAnkerX

Heard all good about Kontent machine but I personally use SEO content machine. Its quite good. Black Friday offer is $59 for one year
