HELP, setup Featured Images to External URL on Enfold & Woocommerce

Need some help, trying to figure out how to set my post featured image so that when someone clicks on the image they are taken to external url such as Amazon. I am using enfold theme and woocommerce. Would this best be done by using Advanced Custom Filed or what. Not sure how the woocommerce affects what is done with the featured image in the post. I am looking for free plug ins or can learn how to make my own if need be. Any help would be great.

Anyone? not asking for someone to do it for me I will make the code work. There a couple of plugins out there but don't want to buy if they don't work for this. I have tried the plugin featured link image and it does not seem to work. Is that because I am using woocommerce?
