HELP setting up rss to wordpress

I am trying set up a RSS feed on my wordpress blog, but cannot find any good instrustions on how to, im sure its easy but i am lost, please help also once i do get my feed what are a list of sites i can submit it to.

it's already on your site if you have a recent version of WP

go to: yoursite.[something]/feed

Login to your wordpress admin area, there you can set your blog's RSS feed settings. It's right there.

If the theme you are using is widget-enabled, you can add a quick link to your feed to the sidebar by using the Appearance -> Widgets section of your WP panel.

about where to submit, check the download area here there is a new tool for RSS submit which will do the job.. saves time!
