[HELP] setting a dedicated server with multiple c-class ip's

Hi,
Need someone experienced with setting up servers to help me with the following- i have 450 wordpress websites sitting on one dedicated server, and i need someone to move them to a bigger dedicated server with multiple c-class ip's, point the DNSs and make sure that all sites are loading correctly.
