Hey everybody! I hope I can pick your brains on this.
Basically my best friends girl is in a partnership setting up a small online boutique selling womens clothes and accessories.
I'd really appreciate it if you guys could quickly check it out and leave some feedback of the top of your head regarding the site itself and how they could improve on it to attract more customers and move up the SERPS?
Also, since they are not selling an actual brand but custom designs, i'm at a loss for suggesting targeted keywords too.
What in your expert opinion be for the things that they have failed to do and any mistakes they need to correct.
These are really nice girls and are just working hard and as much as I would like to offer my help, I'm more of a Wordpress/Reviews person and have little experience in pure whitehat SEO for this retail niche.
So please, have a look and I will relay your constructive feedback to her.
Appreciate your help with this...I really feel for them seeing them work 16 hour days building the site and trying to learn familiarize themselves with the backend and then at a loss on how to actually make profits selling.
p/s: for the guys, maybe you could also show the site to your sisters/wives/gf's and let me know what you think of the navigation and product/price offerings?

edit: Here are some of my initial findings from first glance. Please feel free to add to what I will advise her when she gets online later.
The first thing I noticed is also that her site doesn't have any meta tags and I will suggest for her to also upload a favicon.
I will also ask her to do some directory submissions. A quick search got me the following:
