help- SEO related question

i have a friend who needs to get a detailed seo report done for his website..i wanted to ask what would be the cost of an in-depth seo analysis report?

also can any one recommend companies and websites or individuals offering seo analysis plus seo changes services and if they have any affiliate programs (might as well make myself few bucks )

and the last thing...how can i find out what keywords is a certain website ranking for on google? i mean for example i know there is a website 'sometechwebsite.com' and i know it has got latest gadgets mobiles etc, but what i want to know is what search terms if entered into google would give me back results with this sometechwebsite.com in the results (not necessarily on first 2-3 pages, but definitly within the returned results)
