    Site: IDTemplatePSD
Price: $10,000 (about five months of profit)

Well established website that has been making over $2000/month profits consistently for last 6 months, delivered over 3100 products and completed over 3000 orders.

This website receives 100% of it's traffic from search engines and generates sales fully autopilot. Our expert SEO team worked very hard for last 1 year to continuously improves the search engine ranking and visibility. Now the site and its pages rank for hundreds of buyer keywords. We are getting around $100 per day worth sales from search engine traffic.
The pages and graphic are well designed by the professional designers and gets a conversion rate more than 10%. We have researched on conversion and optimized the site's layout to get the highest conversion rate.

The niche of this ecommerce site is growing and the customers are aware of product variation and quality. Our product team did an extensive research on the product placement and keyword research to come up with the best selling product of this niche. We have done everything and take away every cost for you to enjoy a fully loaded and functional business from the very moment you acquire it.

I started this business with the help of two of my friends last year. Due to us having two larger projects and all of us being students, we don't have much time to maintain the site. We are also working on a Software As A Service (SaaS) and for that project we need money. That's why we are letting this business go. The new owner doesn't have to do anything except doing routine maintenance. The hosting and maintenance cost for the site is very low, only $20 per month. The design converts really well; the profit margins for every sale is 100% excluding the paypal or other payment gateway's fees which is only 4% per transactions. We average around $2000 profit per months after all the expenses. Please check the income proof section for verifying our claim.

You should get a broker, such as FEInternational, SEDO, etc.

I tried listing with the brokers, but because of the type of site, they do not want to list it. If you know of a broker that will take this site on, please let me know.

Well usually brokers will list most sites if they are legit especially if you have had a profit for the past 6 months. Sorry but just registered and trying to get someone to buy a $10k site from you does not seem the best idea..

usually brokers ask for 20 to 40% commission on site flips (depending on how many potential buyers there are out there). Good luck with the sale man. Try flippa (no reserve).

That's what I thought, and I have revenue proof and traffic proof. I've added them onto google analytics and gave them screen shots of my Paypal accounts for the entire year. So brokers won't list just anything, they still evaluate the content of the site and unfortunately, my content was not suitable.

I tried Empireflippers and spoke to Justin, one of the owners, and he declined because of the content.

    Just wondering

This forum is plenty of real and imaginary e-marketing experts. Why don't you rent it? It's easier to close the deal, you will get monthly benefits, if you choose well SR will be improved, and you will get it back when you finish your projects.

    Take care.

Is your content covering illegal stuff ? I know they do not take on all sites but if all checks out over couple of months it seems weird that they do not want to sell it (usually they shy away from anything that seems shady or cannot be verified etc.

I'd try FEInternational - they are trusted.

lol why would he rent it? If the site is making 2k monthly on autopilot why would he rent it?
But I'm doubting that the OP is telling the truth, usually sites are sold x10 or x15 the monthly revenue and he is selling x5.

Exactly. Actually, it has gone up. I didn't realize this, but websites are now selling for x2.5 years their income. Granted you need to show consistent earnings for 10-12 months for this (I think - I'm NOT a flipping expert). So to be letting it go now with only ~6 months revenue and for x6 months is shady.

Now that you posted the site I can see why the brokers would not want to list that one as its somewhat a grey area.
