ScrapeBox beginner here, seem to keep getting a socket 54 error. Any idea on what I might be doing wrong?

Just as a note I am using the mac version.

Opened a ticket, didn't think they would spend time getting back to user issue honestly.

Also need to get this data pretty urgently so if I don't have any luck here it looks like someone will be in for a long session of coping data.
