Trackbacks are special links which notify authors when someone is linking to their content. You can use your same list on both comment poster and for trackbacks but just remember that not all blogs will have trackbacks enabled. Go to scrapebox.com/using-trackbacks for more info on using trackbacks.

Trackback enabled blogs - Less OBL, sometimes do-follow, You can even find some blogs where comment are closed, but accepts trackbacks.

My two cents (previous posters are spot-on, but here's one more bit of food for thought). From my testing and research, trackbacks have a much higher approval percentage than comments. They look very innocuous if done correctly.
