Help ! RoundCube: DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

My server runs Ubuntu ..I keep getting this error each time I open roundcube

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED! Unable to connect to the database! Please contact your server-administrator.


I have searched alot for the solution but none was found . Please help me out

Can you check the server error log? it could probably due to wrong password for db user.
