I don't know what happened... but I suspect what could go wrong.

Last month I was building the website. I made sub pages, added some content to them, ordered some backlinks from trusted seller on fiverr (until then they were working just fine with other projects), and meanwhile I began improving site, working on on page SEO, adding pictures, META and everything according to rankmath. A week later website started to rank and whe I finished it most pages were ranked between 8-40 position for different keywords. A week ago I've ordered few extra backlinks from fiverr (da80+ profile mixed links) about 40 of them, added them to the indexer hoping that it will improve my rankings and... today my website is no longer on google. WTF happened? can someone explain? That never happened to me before. I suspect that these extra links were the nail into the coffin but that would be ridiculous on the other hand.

Is there any way to rescue that website or should I simply forget about it. If so, if I will move it to different domain and start link building again is google going to think that "it is duplicate content" and refuse to rank it? I'm speechless.

Most of the backlink service in fiverr is scam, All the backlinks are spammed with links.
You should try removing links with spam score.

I never had any issues with that with different projects. In fact I was always able to rank websites pretty quick by using this method, top 10 in google within 1 month.

If you need more post than maybe, just maybe, have something meaningful to say? Hi anyway but...

ok, what would you suggest to do? Lets say I will move website to another domain and start building link profile again, than what should I do?

Yes but please don't buy cheap backlinks from fiverr/forums

Is there a manual penalty issued in your GSC? It does sound like your website was penalized by google if it suddenly disappeared after adding backlinks, so they quite likely are considered spammy or manipulative by google.
Use tools like ahrefs, moz, semrush to analyze the backlinks to verify if they're in fact spammy (low da, irrelevant website, bad directories in general, non-english sites, high spam scores, etc.). Create a list of those sites and either contact them directly to remove the links or use google disavow tool.

It's nothing like that and I even added screenshot above. Average DA for those backlinks is 70 and spam score is in the area of 10% on average.
