Hi All Members and Admins,

Am posting this after a long long gap, was busy setting up something new. This pandemic and lock down changed lot of things all over the world.
Well, I started a new blog Cooking, Recipes and Mobile Reviews got my adsense approved after a month and placed the ads.

On 24th Aug 2020, got a mail from adsense that my ads have been limited (in real all ads closed) due to traffic issues, invalid clicks and invalid traffic, though I reported back to google about why they found invalid clicks (another person did it out of revenge ...... long story) they did not restored back my ads, then after a month or so around Oct 2020 I got my ads back and now again just in a week or two the ads are removed again with the same reason.

However this time I do not find any unusual behavior in my account or website, my CTR% was 5% or below, on an average. Still this issue.

Can someone help me out on how to overcome this issue and get my ads back quickly?
Does anyone know direct email id or phone number to contact adsense guys ?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
cws

There are no way to direct contact them at least you made minimum 50K$ with them. For old accounts like before 2014 and made about minimum 50K$ has this direct support option and few friends of mine also has that feature to direct contact with adsense support team members. They always advice them and always helping when getting approvals and other stuff.

About ad limiting: the first mistake is you post your website link here. That's huge mistake.

To recover ad limit you need to remove all the adsense ads, codes from the website and keep that for 2 to 3 weeks. and archive that ads from your ad panel also. remove all the ad codes.

Put cloudflare and limit your spam trafic.

use this plugin IDK it's not compatible for blogspot. You need to move your website to WP first. https://wordpress.org/plugins/ads-invalid-click-protection/ the best plugin ever. No more ad limits. For blogspot create a custom script from hiring programmer for to do that for your blogspot.

Why do you think it is a mistake by putting my url here?
I will see if cloud flare can be installed in blogger or not, am not much used to WP, am more comfortable with blogger.

You get more direct traffic from here to your website. It's not a problem at all, because you already limit your ad account. But they still monitor your website. How is your traffic etc. After you ppst your website links here you are getting more and more direct traffic to your website. Adsense doesn't like that. They favor with organic, seo traffic. Also I have discussed about this problem with adsense. They said they need more than 50% organic traffic. Not from direct traffic. If they see huge traffic spike from direct traffic your website get into red zone. That's the reason most people getting ad limit these days. Because that mark as spam traffic. And your purpose is getting KW backlink from bhw, IDK that's also up to you.

It's up to you. If you want good solutions you need to move your site to WP. you decide staying comfortable with blogspot or move to WP. IDK.

Pls find my replies below

They said they need more than 50% organic traffic.
My analytics shows ORGANIC TRAFFIC 77.xx%

And your purpose is getting KW backlink from bhw,
Well I did not posted keeping that in mind, just wanted others to check my website on the same

P.S. - I see adsense dashboard is giving error now and it is not opening

Here pls check this screenshot https://prnt.sc/v2fk9w
analytics and adsense linked together - now what do you suggest
As far as I knew google adsense likes organic and direct traffic more of the former and less of the latter and hates social media traffic (I might be wrong)

your suggestions are helpful, pls see and suggest further mate.

Another thing - if I remove all ad codes from my site then how will adsense keep a track of traffic in my site?

Am checking cloud flare now while replying to you, to see if it can be implemented with blogger

There's no problem with this traffic. Because I see huge percentage coming from organic. Just remove all ad codes from the website and archive the ad units from adsense dashboard. and keep it for 1, 2 weeks. And place a ad unit again but don't un-archive that ad unit. You will see ad start to show. But you should move to WordPress(to use ad protect plugins), otherwise you can't control fake clicks from visitors. remember ad limiting happens two to three ties only, in the next time they ban your account. So take quick action.

Thanks Mate for your replies..... suggestions and views... they are very helpful
Ok so here is my next question (am not that tech savvy)

What you mean by archive ad units from ad sense? You mean I delete all ads created in adsense ?
When you say remove ad codes from website ? do I manually remove all ad codes I have put or just switch off SHOW ADS options from the earnings menu of my blogger dash board?

Will you be kind enough to show me with illustrations pls

Thanks

AdSense will limit your account if you have sudden spikes of traffic. Not necessarily something bad is happening, but the system will flag the account if it has unusual behavior, such as an increase in traffic. The source of traffic doesn't play a big role in this case. The best thing you can do is to spread the risk and at the same time maximize your ad revenue by using multiple ad networks through an ad server instead of just one AdSense or work with an exchange that can provide multiple networks via same tags.

When you run an auction using an ad server only the winning ad network with the highest bid would have an impression, this means that AdSense won't be taking 100% of impressions, thus it won't see the spike like it does now. If you're using an exchange - things like ad limit are very rare there.

+AdSense is buying your impressions and clicks at a default price and taking up to 60% of your revenue, it does make sense to work with not just AdSense, but many networks.

wow...
This is very insightful.

Please, can you throw more light on the exchange thing?
I'm just hearing it for the first time.

Thanks.

In simple words, the exchange is the network that doesn't have its own advertisers but has its own publishers to whom it providing mixed demand from other networks/exchanges.

Brother - thanks for replying
Well If you would have seen my website / blog then you would not have said what you wrote, because am not working only with adsense, I have 5 - 7 different ad networks ads placed in my blog.

Now coming to traffic spike - well I believe as and when the site will be more popular then more traffic will flow in, it could be that a day or two more traffic came in than other days, I dnt have control on the traffic coming in right.......

Same here! Got my Admob/Adsense limited beginning of August. Since then: No ads!

Guess what: We are not the only "unlucky" ones.Google's "community forum" (which is totally useless) is full of posts and threads of people in our situation. Google has been a real mess this year.

The huge problem I see is: We have no one to contact. They limit our ads, they say it takes 30 days or less, but its been more than 2 months and nothing happened.

We have no choice. We can't talk to anyone.

Its a little bit like slavery. They are the masters, they can decide over you and your account. You have no one to talk to, they own you. You can only beg them. Its a huge problem man.

Btw. at the moment I am looking for other people from my country to make a class action lawsuit against Google. End of July they suspended my Adsense account just before they had to pay me more than 4.000€.

I don’t think you shared the site, so response was general, based on the info provided (did I miss the site URL?).

Based on the issues you’re reporting, you’re not running ad server - it would help to ‘spread’ the ‘risk’ between networks. I assume you have tags from each network hardcoded through the site, not ad server?

You can share your link URL.

I had same issue and they didn't give an help. I posted on their support site but never got any help there and as someone said, you need to make a lot of monty to get access to real support.

What I did, I looked at the reports and I saw a small increase of clicks coming from Russia. I removed the code for some time until I figure out how to block for specific countries. I blocked the adds from being displayed in Russia. I used cloudflare to detect the country using php. You can find docs here for cloudflare https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200168236-Configuring-Cloudflare-IP-Geolocation

The good thing, is the remove the limitation from my account. The bad thing is that the are paying a lot less. I see impressions and clicks didn't change much but they are paying less per click

Okay.

Is there anyone you can recommend?

hey mate since I think you are an expert on adsense at least, so I would love to ask you some tips on adsense ad format and position, do you use auto ads? Can you share some classic tips on this?

I'm not using auto ads bro. using manual ads only. because of some reasons of my traffic sources. For the ad placement I'm using heat maps first. and find out what places most of the time users clicking ( red zones) and place my all ads on that places. it increased my ctr nicely. And IDK you believe or not some of my friends still have that options to contact adsense directly from their accounts dashboards. very very old accounts and I remember they made 15K$-20K$ per day in old days with huge websites network. more than 100 websites. ohh good old days.

And I see two exerts already placed ha ha for the question. You can get all the guidance from them my friend. and I'm not an expert, but let see in future. Who knows what happen tomorrow. ha ha.

But Bro if there is a surge in click from any country be it suddenly or not, that is good in a way right.

As bloggers we always look for more and more people come and look at our blogs then why google doea not like it.

Moreover as and when website becomes older and gets more content and backlinks then it ia obvious that traffic will increase.

The worst part is adsense never gives more detailed info on anything. They just say policy violation or invalid traffic and then one has to keep on clicking links after links to read bunch of crap the community is full off.
