Help required for my Bulgarian site/shop .

I have been trying to generate traffic / rank higher in google . Most my traffic comes from my google adwords ad and facebook page . I have tried back link generators , adword generators , pretty much lots on here but to no avail . I would like someone that can work on this project now and maybe overlook the site for the foreseeable future . Me and my missus hired someone to create the website (which they did) but promised to oversee the other "ranking,traffic, etc etc" until Christmas but once they was paid they went AWOL, which has left us in the lurch.
