I've gotten myself into a bit of a pickle. You see I have a mobile broadband stick which I'm looking to get activated with a Canadian service provider whose USB modems distribute dynamic IP's. The problem is the service provider I'm looking at requires you register a prepaid plan with a REAL credit card and a verified address. (keep in mind I'm trying to remain anonymous throughout) I don't understand such a BS policy because I thought he purpose of prepaid activations (be it the dongle service or an actual mobile phone) is for people who don't necessarily have the credit to make such activations. I'd like to know if there's any means of bypassing such a ridiculous policy or maybe there's a line of reloadable credit cards that manages to circumvent the service provider's ability to know whether the card would be prepaid/reloadable or not.
