Hello guys,

I'm looking for some help and advice.

I need to register UK LTD company from abroad, Does anyone know a good service, reasonable price and good customer service?

I would need the following:

Similar to what " https://www.yourcompanyformations.co.uk/ " is offering though

Email copy of Certificate of Incorporation

Email copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association

Email copy of Share Certificate

Email copy of Company Register with first entries

HMRC Registration for Corporation Tax

Web Authentication Code

I just need to register business stripe , I don't think i need all that but the reason why I haven't signed up with these guys is because they have a UK phone number I can't call to because I'm not located in the UK
Can you all provide info, suggestions, advice, sources, websites, services, etc.

I just need a good service to register LTD in the UK from someone abroad for a reasonable price "cheap"

I would appreciate your help and time.

Thank you all.

You can try the services of : icon offices or 1st formation or yourofficelondon

@MRDon7 I appreciate it brother. I'm checking 1st formation, It does look promising but I need to talk to their live support and make sure they cover everything I need.

Have you try them by the way? 1st formation offers banking account solution for NON UK residents? I mean because most UK banks require UK address and UK ID , etc.

regarding the last website you meant this " https://www.yourvirtualofficelondon.co.uk/services/online-limited-company-formation " ?

Why UK Ltd? Taxes for UK Ltd is very complicated.
Why don't you go with Delaware LLC instead?

Do you guys recommend any website to register LLC for NON US residents for an affordable price and Tax ID included

The 3 options that I recommended are solid.

If you have any specific questions, reach out to each of their customer support to confirm and then decide on the one that you want.

Yes, you are right
UK LTDs are not disregarded for tax purposes, you need to keep paying taxes even if you aren't from the UK...waste of time

How do you file for EIN if you are a non usa resident?
Hire a freelancer to do it for you
Or do it yourself (filling out Form SS-4)

Can you guys provide info for cheap services that will register LLC for non US residents? and also what documents do stripe requires for Non US residents

Stripe will require your TAX documentation and your company's EIN.
They don't need your personal information because you will open a business account.

New Mexico and Wyoming are the best options if you want discretion and don't pay too much for an LLC.

Between these 2, the best for cryptos is Wyoming. For general purposes, the best is New Mexico.

You could use UK Ltd to think of selling services or products in the UK or EU, or if you want to offer an option to generate bills to your customers for tax purposes in their countries. But if you plan to "save money and pay less in a strong currency only" make an LLC.

To keep making more money, and grow your business fast in UK/Europe. The best would be the LTD from my POV.

I would rather go with LLC brother, can you please share a cheap service for that? I just need the business Stripe account. Someone here offering this service, fiverr or website.

I would rather suggest you to go for LTD company. Reason being its less complicated and the filings are easy too. I got my company formation done from Icon Offices. I am from Mexico and I didn't had an address in UK so I took a virtual office from them. After my research I found that their virtual office and company formation combination is the cheapest in the market.

Stripe asks for physical address and sometimes VAT registration depending upon country to country.

Icon Offices can also offer you shared office with which you will get a rental agreement that you can show to Stripe. I got my payoneer account created the same way. Once my payoneer account got created I cancelled my shared office subscription and continued with their virtual office subscription which allowed me to continue using their address.

Earlier they were also offering free UK business bank account from Wise. But now I think they have discontinued it. You can check once with them. They still offer Tide and Barclays. However Barclays is useless for you becuase Barclays need atleast 1 director of the company to be UK resident.

You can find more details here: https://iconoffices.co.uk/virtual-offices.php

If you already have an address in UK then you can simply buy £52.99 package which is given just below the image you shared. If you do not have an address, then you can buy a virtual office with them from here: https://iconoffices.co.uk/virtual-offices.php

I have checked it multiple times, this is the most affordable method of forming a company in UK. The govt fees of company in UK is £50 however with their virtual office package they charge only £43.99 Only glitch is that you will need to buy a virtual office subscription too. But then you can use that address for your business.

Stripe asks for a physical trading address and company documents. You can try your luck with the virtual office address. If it does not work, then you can buy a shared office from them for a month only to give rent agreement to stripe.
