Help register facebook news page

Does anybody in BHW know how to register your news page on Facebook? Besides the domain, what about the whitelist?

Thank you for your response. The domain was verified. However, it was asking to set up the paywall through the domain. Suppose you do know anyone in your spectrum who knows or has a news page already. Please let me know. I am willing to pay monthly to be part of any news page, either columnist, writer, or photographer.
