Hello

There are many sharing tools on social networks.
For example if you use wordpress, jetpack offers automatic sharing on your networks, as well as many plugins such as SNAP.

The best social networks to get traffic are:

Facebook
Twitter
Instagram
Pinterest
And youtube in some themes.
