Help regarding Phone Verification

Hey all! I'm quite new to the community.
I'm very interested in starting to manage 10's/100's of Instagram accounts and gathering up followers on them. I've read quite a few posts and articles so far, but one thing isn't quite clear yet.

I'm asking you for some help regarding the following topic;

Phone Verification - Will a PV almost always be requested on accounts that are aged >1 month?
- Nowadays, is buying sim cards in bulk really the only effective way to get around this?
- If Instagram requests a re-phone verification on an account, does the same number have to be used as the one used the first time?

You need to buy sims in wholesale to verify accounts there around £30 for 100 we mainly use ebay for them and there pre activated .

Please buy the sims from the country you created the accounts .

I make pva IG accounts without needing sims, I use a paid sms service for that.
Have you looked around for any sms services?

- The accounts will be created with proxies however.. What should I do in this case then? I'm from Europe; Should I buy proxies that are based in my country only?

I've stumbled upon 1 sms service yes; However as I asked in my post:

"- If Instagram requests a re-phone verification on an account, does the same number have to be used as the one used the first time?" - If so, that won't be possible with a sms service as it's a different number each time.

Also, it's not the cheapest option; I would be better off just buying sim cards in bulk.

You buy the sims from the country your proxies made the accounts .

Vps , registered usa

Bot , accounts registred with usa proxies .

Sims from usa

Proxies all usa.

All emails from a usa provider .

Anythink is usa to , keep safe ....

You can be in any country in the world
But your making a usa business from your own country.

Above only a example ......

I have been able to use a different number when asked to reverify a twitter and IG account.

I can make an IG account for as low as 14 cents. Not sure if sims are much cheaper.

Aha... I see! And would those accounts be PVA'd? I'm basically trying to do this as safe as possible as I'm in it for the long run; I wouldn't like my accounts getting banned.

I am also interested in this one. Every single account has to be phone verified at some point of its existence?

Yes they would be PVA'd.
The numbers I pay 14cents for aren't USA numbers, however, I do use USA proxies and have accounts from three years ago still alive, very rarely I lost any accounts.
The USA numbers from the same source I use cost me 50cents per SMS and work just as well.

I must say though that what @redarrow said is the best and safest way if you want nearly zero risk.
