Help Regarding Facebook PVA

I am new to IM. I have few doubts regarding Facebook PVA. Can i use any country numbers to verify my facebook account. If i buy a PVA account from BHW or other sources how can i see what number they have used to verify that account.If i use Indian number to verify and my profile says i am from US does it creates any problem in future.
