Hello Guys, I'm one of those blackhatters who are still struggling hard to get started.
Pls if anyone know a legit affiliate program that pays per free signup(throughout the world) then pls post it here.

mate I just want to get into a network that pays atleast $1-$2/free signup... Also any niche would work. And I also have one question do affiliate networks allow the referral link to be incentivized?
