HELP QUICK PLS

So, can I use the same proxies if the ip changes? they say that the ip changes every 10 minutes or so.. and i havent used them in about a week. would it be safe to use them since the ip changed?? i used to use them with different accounts but i abused them too hard.

Try to limit the IPs you received to one single city, in this way you will emulate a real mobile connection, where you get one IP from city X and in 10, 15 mins you use another IP from the same city X.

Whereas, if you do not limit rotation per city, you risk having an IP from Miami now and in 10 mins, one IP from LA, which could trigger suspicions.
