HELP! Proxy Authentication

Hey BHW!

I recently bought 30 Instagram accounts for CPA and they came with proxies.

After I put one into my lan settings I tried connecting to a site on chrome, it then came up with "Authentication Required" and had a box for a username and password. I have no idea what to put in these boxes.

I'm not very familiar with proxies so sorry if this is an easy fix or something, I tried searching up solutions but couldn't find any.

Any help would be appreciated.
