Help promoting a business online/offline

So I have a friend that owns his own clothing line making jeans, belts, shirts in our state and is looking to increase sales. He mostly does instate sales and couple out of state through social media promotions. What would you recommend I could do to help him get more customers? Just looking for ideas, he already has a website with a blog and all social media being promoted constantly. He has a eCommerce website as well. Let me know if you have anything off the top of your head. 30% of his profits gets donated to help prevent sex trafficking and he's been I'm the business for 2 years and has a stable living until the recent health care bills he's faced. Set his site up with an affiliate program so that others can help him sell for a percentage. Suggest selling items with branded items logos on them for local events for more bulk sales. Create section of site for these promotional items. Target managers with facebook using tools like insight hero
