I see people give away views and comments to youtube videos so i don't know if its against the rules or what the in-between is but if you enter Flashin - Frost ft. Bost Mandela (Official Music Video)

into youtube and would just randomly give me some views obviously im really struggling lol

You can use addmefast, likesasap, and enhancedviews.net to boost up your views too.

There are a lot of people that just sells views on youtube + likes that go around these forums. You'll find them easy.

And as redrubies said, there are also services that you can do yourself to boost your video up a bit.
