[help] PPV will help me in ewhoring?

Im doing ewhoring and my CTR is really high like every 10 I talk with 4-5(PPL) give me leads..
so I wonder if should I get to my LP some crapy trafic so the AM wont get that my CTR is too high..

if so
what the cheaper adult PPV network?
