Help populate a wordpress forum

I'd like to hire someone to help me populate a forum. One of my main competitors has 1,000 registered users and 10,000 total posts. I'd like to get at least 50 new users with profiles and about 250 posts in the next few weeks here.

Any suggestions would be more than welcome but I'm pretty darn sure I don't want bots or fake/duplicated content, I want it to be original and not spam. The forum's topic deals with consumer electronics.
