[Help Pls] Simple Local Proxy Server with Python?

Hi guys, I write python, i'm looking for help creating a simple proxy server with python on Windows, any links to guides or scripts is greatly appreciated. I can pay if anything. I wrote a small script that helps me pick the best residential proxies from a large supplier, thing is I can only use those good proxies in the context of whatever program I make, i'm looking to give access to these proxies to other programs through the proxy server.

Eventually I want to be able to add features like having it on a VPS and being able to connect externally, adding user/auth and all that, but for now I just need a simple thing that will let me create gateways on multiple ports, and send/receive traffic through them. Any help is appreciated!
