[HELP PLS] Facebook throttle ads on Fresh accounts

Hello there,

We're doing media buy with Facebook. I would like to ask if you guys can help me or at least to give some idea about what's going on :

When we are start spending on an Fresh account (VALID account from REAL people), it stops at a exactly the same amount (20 €) every day. I have a daily budget setup of 1000 € , but it's stops when reaching 20.

This happens with us on 3-4 accounts. Those accounts are new in terms of advertising, but they are registered, and actively used from 2-8 years before.

Do you have any ideas what can be wrong ? Is Facebook throttling the displaying ads when you start from zero ?

Yes they put a daily spend limit on new ads accounts and there is no way around this. I think it takes a week or so but Facebook ads support can provide you full information on this

So it seems our accounts are not warmed up enough ? Thank you for the help, and quick reply !

Let the ads run at the capped rate until they unlock, its annoying but when you are persistent they finally remove the cap.
