Help pls - 99.9% error in contact form posting

Hi there all pros and gurus,

I have been trying to fix this and googled many post and youtube videos.

I also tried to change proxies provider but it just wont solve the issue.

simply put, I want to mass send messages to contact form and to deliver my message.

However, it just wont work and keep on having error, below is the capture screen.

Is there any reasons for this error?
