Fiverr is your answer, find some blackhat thing in the download section and offer that as service on fiverr. It has to be something people really want and there's not a lot of other people offering the service.

if you want to make that with no investment find something on fiver that you could do and then set yourself up to do it for others on there.

But with a little digging in the forum there are a lot of methods that can be done easily to make that sum a day.

start yourself out with things like fileserve, ewhroing and fivver...I guess you missed the facebook "viral" train...but anyways...look into micro niche sites and adsense in the beginning...

then sign yourself up to a cpa company and check out social networking section of this forum

You're looking for quick $? Not likely...but the quickest I can think of is definitely fiverr, go to the download section and find some good article spin tool and offer to write articles on fiverr, or get that SEO Power Suite and offer full SEO reports like backlink finding. Get the Hubpage commenter and offer to spam hubpages, Get the Xgen SEO app and offer to do link building...
