Help Please: Wordpres to Twitter posting plugin

Can anyone please point me to a good Wordpress to Twitter posting plugin.

Free or paid.

Features I'd like to have.
* Automatically tweet on post creation
* Throttle posting to twitter ... e.g. Post no more than once every hour or something
* URL shortener ... automatically shorten post URL using any URL shortening service
* Custom content type ... basically plan on using it with Woo Commerce, and I want to tweet new products.

I have tried a few.

The ones that support URL shortening do not support custom content types (PRODUCTS).
The one I found that supports custom content types, (Social Networks Auto Poster), does not do URL shortening.

Simple Twitter Connect works great. Been using it almost a year now.

I use Tweet old posts which has almost all the functions, besides tweet on post creation, but you could change the timespan on which it would select the posts that would be tweeted

The free plan itself includes most of the features you mentioned in the OP.

I've tried both of those. And a couple more plugins based on Tweet Old Posts.

They do work well. Sort of. None of them however, supports custom content types.

So I can auto publish posts, but not products.

It seems no problem in plugins, I seems its other problem.

Is your Wordpress latest update?
Is your theme is ok in all?

WP plugins is always working for wordpress recommended.

There are several theme is existing Twitter plugins. You can try that. I am using oakland theme.
